From May 14th to 16th, 2024, we witnessed a milestone event: the first online training session for standard agricultural product growers exporting to the United States was successfully held. Lancashire Translator is honored to provide online simultaneous interpreting services for this training, ensuring the seamless transfer of knowledge and information.

This training is jointly organized by the China Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the US Agricultural Product Safety Alliance (PSA), and co organized by the Youdingte Research Institute, aiming to improve the quality and safety standards of agricultural products exported to the United States. The course is carried out remotely through Zoom video conference software. Our professional team of interpreters, with accurate language conversion ability, enables each participant to obtain the essence of the course in real time.

The training lasted for three mornings and attracted 30 professionals from regulatory agencies and agricultural product planting and processing enterprises exporting to the United States. PSA’s professional lecturers provided a detailed introduction to the seven key aspects of US regulatory requirements, ranging from an overview of agricultural product safety to the development of farm food safety plans. Through this training, students have gained a more detailed understanding of the requirements of FSMA agricultural product safety regulations and learned how to meet these requirements, as well as how to start writing and implementing farm food safety plans.
